He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Homer Boyd and Marjorie Janet Boyd (LeResche); his wife Janet Alane Boyd (Bidwell); his sons, Mason Thomas Boyd (Jennifer) of Davenport, Charles Taylor Boyd (Jessica) of Des Moines and Derek Leon Boyd of Martinez, California.; his grandchildren, Eva Alaine Boyd and Rhett Thomas Boyd of Davenport; and his brother Tom Boyd (Marilyn) of La Porte.
