He was predeceased by: his wife Maxine. He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Cochran (Kelly), Nancy Orth (Rod), Nikki DeFilippi and Mila Carey-Bracke (Mike); his grandchildren, Lindsay Deon (Mike), Brad Cochran (Mindy), Christopher Ternon (Kaysie), Taylor Orth (Emily), Lacey Manatt (Greg), Ashley Miller (Jamie) and Luna Bracke; and his great grandchildren, Cody, Kasen of Kya, MC, Lennon, Christian, McKenna, Rian and Rilee.
