He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Marsh (Blohm) and Lawrence Marsh; his wife Betty Jean Kunkle; his stepmother Doris Marsh (Kalbach); his siblings, John Marsh and Lila McMenamin; his parents-in-law, Vivian and Loyd; and his grandfather Kunkle.
He is survived by: his friend Jack Ellis; his son Michael Marsh (Penny) of Stuart; and his grandchildren, Aubrey Marsh-Yori (Taylor) of Evansdale and Alexa Marsh (Christopher) of St. Paul, MN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Van Meter American Legion Reception Hall (10 Main St, Van Meter, IA 50261). A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery (34024 Veterans Memorial Dr, Adel, IA 50003).
