She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Wangelin and Sophie Wangelin (Zietler); her former husband Harold "Bob" Hazen; her husband Albert Smith; and her siblings, Anna Mae Byers, Eugene, Lyle and Clifford.
She is survived by: her sister Edna Benz of Reynolds.
