He is survived by: his wife Debra Sloan of DeWitt; his son Christopher Frame (Brittney) of Grand Mound; his stepchildren, Elisabeth Norman (David) of Knoxville and Lauren Reed of Davenport; his grandchildren, Mackenzie and Madeline Frame; his stepgrandchildren, Casey and Peter Norman; his brother David Frame (Renae) of Clinton; and his nephews, Andrew Drury (Sarah), Aaron Frame (Ariel), James Frame (Ashley) and David Frame (Sabrina).
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (100 11th Ave. No., Clinton, IA 52732). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Christopher Frames Residence (2299 270th St, Grand Mound, IA 52751).
