It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney L. Binegar of Dewitt, Iowa, born in Tuscola, Illinois, who passed away on November 5, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Binegar and Norma Binegar; his wife Patty; his daughter Shannon Foster (Steve) of Clinton; his siblings-in-law, Lynn Binegar (David) of Bettendorf and Brad Lawson of Arthur, IL; his nephew Jordan Lawson; and his nieces, Lisa Binegar, Erika Binegar and Kelsey Binegar.
