He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Peasley and Esther V. Peasley (Hagenson); and his siblings, David John, Barbara Naeve and Beverly Schutte.
He is survived by: his wife Renae Schroeder; his children, Michelle Hoffmann (David) of Clinton and Michael Peasley (Kelly) of Flower Mound, Texas; his grandchildren, Nicole Weber (Grant), Matthew Hoffmann, Alison and Lauren Peasley; and his brother Steven Peasley (Louise) of Boone. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
