It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Laures of Dewitt, Iowa, born in New Hampton, Iowa, who passed away on December 6, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Laures and Loretta Laures; his wife JoAnn; and his siblings, Don, Paul, MaryJo and Agnes.
He is survived by: his children, Annie Cunniff (Jim), Mary Schultz (Brad), Pat Pope (Jim), Jane LeClair (Lennie), Bill Laures (Mindy) and Jim Laures (Susan); his grandchildren, Nick Cunniff, Katie Cunniff, Breezy Cunniff, Caitlin Schultz, Megan Schultz, Austin Pope, Billy Pope, Tommy Pope, Hannah, Glen Hill, Eilainah, Charlotte, Joseph Hill, Jacob LeClair, Abigail LeClair, Lauren Laures, Nathan Laures, Ryder Stokoszynski, Zachary Laures, Brecken Stokoszynski, Vance Stokoszynski, Avett Stokoszynski, Hadley Laures, Erica Laures, Christopher Laures and Jessica Laures; and his siblings, Regina Gustas (Ron) and Bernie Novack (Larry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
