She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sr. McCloy and Bernice McCloy; and her granddaughters, April and Brooke. She is survived by: her husband Delbert Paysen; her brother Larry McCloy (Liz); her children, Gary Paysen (Janet), Peggy Paysen-Nightingale (Bob), Rodney Paysen (Deb), William Paysen (Billy) and Melissa Paysen (Mike); and her grandchildren, Adam, Kelsey, Kaitlin, Nicole, Clay Jr., Corey, Destiny, Spencer, Justin, Kristin and Tayla. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a Rachel A. Paysen memorial fund has been established.
