She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Braun and Felicitas Braun (Mills); her brother Virgil Braun; and her grandson Brian. She is survived by: her husband Ron; her sons, Kerry Baxter (Susan) of Eldridge, Tommy Baxter of Davenport, Jody Baxter (Jane) of DeWitt and Scott Baxter (Carla) of DeWitt; her grandchildren, Eric, LeeAnn, Brent, Sara, Ashley, Brady, Brett, Brea and Briar; her sister Shirley Plumb of Davenport; and her sister-in-law Donna Braun of Hills. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Schultz Funeral Homes (722 8th St, DeWitt, IA 52742). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fieldstone or St. Joe's School.
