She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bauer and Cecelia Bauer (Koppes); her husband Kenneth Steinke; and her siblings, Bob Bauer, Mary Guerra, Darlene Templeton (Roy), Beverly Moore and Bill Bauer (Joyce).
She is survived by: her children, Gary Steinke (Terri) of Urbandale and Lori Ann Day of Davenport; her grandchildren, Adam, Tyler Steinke, Dustin and Shelby Day; and her great grandchildren, Kalani, Liam and Layla. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
