He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kelly and Helen Pearse Kelly; his daughter Kris Manning; his brothers, Raymond "Nook" and Bob; and his great grandchild Drew Manning.
He is survived by: his wife Jo; his children, Scott Kelly (Julie) and Sue Shinbori (Tim); and his grandchildren, Bryon Manning, Ryan Manning (Jessica), Sean Kelly (Griffin), Ahlena Micklewright (Zack), Cole Kelly (Lydia), Katerina Shinbori and Malia Shinbori. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; nieces and nephews.
