She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Collins and Josie Collins (Cashero). She is survived by: her husband Matt Fahrenkrug; her daughter Sadie Fahrenkrug (Sam Lindhoff); and her siblings, John Collins (Ava) of Ankeny, Scott Collins (Sharon) of Newburgh and Susan Anderson of North Liberty. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
