He is survived by: his wife Carol Welch of DeWitt, IA; his children, Nancy Orloski of Delmar, IA and Steve Welch (Carmen) of Cedar Rapids, IA; his grandchildren, Kyle Orloski (Aubreigh), Emily Orloski, Elizabeth Beck (Jonathan), Maria Welch, Ted Welch (Kayla), Greg Welch and Rob Welch; his great grandchildren, Cayden Conrad and Alexander Beck; and his sisters, Wanda Cass of Maquoketa, IA, Beverly Kemp of Maquoketa, IA and Mary Binns of Maquoketa, IA.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
