With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Karen Kuehl of Dewitt, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 14, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Karen had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Karen may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard "Dick" Hospadarsky and Myrna Hospadarsky (Conyers); her husband Jim; and her sister Vicki Roffman (Donald). She is survived by: her son Brian Kuehl (Kim) of DeWitt; her grandchildren, Christopher Kuehl, Eric Kuehl and Kali Kuehl; and her sisters, Barb Wold (Dave) and Terri Shelton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Schultz Funeral Homes (722 8th St, DeWitt, IA 52742). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
