He was predeceased by: his mother Jamie David; and his brother Jason Heinitz. He is survived by: his father Larry Heinitz (Marcia) of Morrison, IL; and his sister Cassandra "Cassie" Heinitz of Clinton, IA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
