He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jorgensen and Arlene Jorgensen (Hoff); and his nephew Andrew Jorgensen. He is survived by: his former wife Wendy Goodell; his sons, Christopher Jorgensen of Alaska and Tyler Jorgensen of Michigan; his granddaughters, Alexia Jorgensen and Valerie Jorgensen; his siblings, Kim Moore (Gary) of Grand Mound and Lance Jorgensen (Wendy) of Long Grove; and his close friend Kathy O'Neil Kaczinski. He is also survived by nieces and a nephew.
