She was predeceased by: her parents, John Willey and Esther Willey (Struck); her husband Lolan Ruggeberg; her sister Joyce Schnipkoweit; and her brother-in-law Fred Schnipkoweit.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Ruggeberg (Bob Brooks), Evan (Priscilla Ruggeberg) and Mary (Kevin Rice); her granddaughters, Ashtin Trimble (Tyler) and Courtney Dunnegan (Shawn) of DeWitt; her great grandchildren, Hayden, Owen Trimble, Brecken, Greyson, Westen and Hadley Dunnegan; and her sister Rita Meyer (James) of Toronto.
Memorials may be made to the Red Cross or Clinton County Humane Society in her name.
