With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gertraud Ewing of Dewitt, Iowa, who passed away on January 21, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Erber and Marqarete Erber (Dachert); and her son Bernard J. Erber. She is survived by: her former spouses, Peter Henry Anderson and Donnie Ewing; her children, James Anderson (Kim) of Clinton, Gerald Anderson (Karla) of Clinton and Christine Green (Paul) of DeWitt; and her sisters, Christa Hosch of Germany and Elqard Wicklein of Germany. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren with many nieces, ephews, cousins and friends.
