She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leo Riggs and Marjorie Riggs (Bowman); her former husband Richard Efferding; her daughters, Janice Julson of Watertown, WI and Victoria Riggs of Arlington, SD; her grandchildren, Tammy Pirkel (Tim) of Watertown, WI, Chris Marsicek (Robert) of Maple Lake, MN, Kevin Byrd (Paula) of Colorado Springs, CO, Scott Byrd (Ashley Larson) of Huron, SD, Nicole Gutierrez (Paulo) of Madison, WI and Megan Efferding (Brad Meade) of McFarland, WI.; her great grandchildren, Ashley Pirkel (Grant Johnson), Brittney Pirkel, Kenlyn, Landon Marsicek, Avery, Haley, Field Byrd, Alissa and Mylie Byrd; her stepgreat-grandson Adrian Gutierrez; her sister Iona Knight of Richland Center, WI.; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Efferding of McFarland, WI.; her close friend Vern Steines; her sons, Kevin Efferding and Gerald Efferding; her siblings, LaVern Riggs, Earline Galloway and Bertha Mae Watler; and her siblings-in-law, Harold Galloway, C. A. Watler, Jr., Harold Knight, Marilyn and Red Schoenthaler. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
