With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel Kopp of Dewitt, Iowa, born in Lancaster, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 3, 2024 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Daniel Kopp to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Kopp and Modesta Kopp (Ertz); his brother Steve Kopp; and his brother-in-law Gene Pothour. He is survived by: his wife Charlene (Carpenter); his daughters, Angela Pauly (Mike) of Collierville, TN and Britney Goodding (Mark) of Eldridge, IA; his grandchildren, Lane and Alayna Pauly; his daughters, Colten and Stella Goodding; his siblings, Tom Kopp (Connie), Joe Kopp (Kathy), Mary Pothour, Rita Steinbach (Dan) and Ann Runde (Jim Mueller); and his siblings-in-law, Bill, Jean Anschutz and Paula Kopp.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made directly to St. Joseph's Catholic School, to the Walk to End Alzheimer's, or directly to the family to establish a memorial at St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
