It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Churesa Pierce in Dewitt, Iowa, who passed away on September 26, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeong Haw Seob and Yun Mija. She is survived by: her children, Sophia Pierce of Bettendorf, Holly Hawkins, Tyler and Morgen Schnurr; her parents-in-law, TJ Schnurr (McKenna Sims), Johann Pierce, Ethan, Grace and Isabelle; her former husband Rev. Fred Pierce; her spouse Suzann Pierce of Kenner; her family, Maggie Baker of Tampa and Donavon Baker of Winnabow; and her sister Ok Geun Jeong.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Schultz Funeral Homes (722 8th St, DeWitt, IA 52742). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
