He is survived by: his parents, Lloyd Oetzmann and Valiera Oetzmann (Fredrichs); his spouse Connie Sherman August; his daughters, Alissa Haase, Terry Haase of Eldridge, Amber Hartford and Jeff Hartford of Bettendorf; his grandchildren, Ava and Grant Haase; and his siblings, Ron Oetzmann (Donna) of Long Grove, Larry Oetzmann (Jane) of Donahue, Dennis Oetzmann (Patricia) of Dixon, Gene Oetzmann (Mary) of Eldridge and Bonnie Shumaker (Richard) of Tipton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
