She was predeceased by: her parents, Miles Fort and Elaine Fort (Trnka). She is survived by: her sister Daun Vopatek; her nephew Michael; her niece Rachael Vopatek; and her great-nephews, Porter of DeWitt and Vaughn Vopatek of DeWitt.
