She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bauer and Ella Bauer (Bolte); her husband Robert Schoop; her sons, Roland and Randy; her son-in-law Jim Holuba; her brothers, Orlyn (Fern) and Gladwyn; and her brother-in-law Lloyd Nelson.

She is survived by: her children, Linda K. Holuba of Eldridge and Dennis Schoop (Theresa) of Galesburg, Illinois; and her sister Betty Nelson. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
