He is survived by: his daughter Linda; and his sister-in-law Alta Faulconer of Ponte Vedra, Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Memorials may be made in Walter's name to the Chariton Public Library or the Lucas County Historical Museum.
