She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Moses and Arlene Moses (Anderson). She is survived by: her husband Steve Stookey; her children, Chad Stookey and Stephanie Stookey; her grandchildren, Chase Stookey, Mary Jane Boyd and Elena Stookey; and her siblings, Michael Moses (Carol), Joseph Moses and Cynde Thomas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other extended family.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hamilton's Funeral Home (605 Lyon St, Des Moines, IA 50309). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at the Palmyra Cemetery (5789 S 23 Hwy, Carlisle, IA 50047).
