He was predeceased by: his parents, Navy Soloman and Hazel Soloman (Frasier); his siblings, Norma Pagett, Janet Nutt, Beverly Mickle and Jerry Soloman; his grandson Ronnie Bieghler; and his great grandchild Bailey Rae Oltrogge.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Soloman; his children, Jodi Oltrogge (Bob), Teresa Bieghler (Ron), Vernon Joe Soloman Jr. and Debbie Jo Soloman; his sister Joyce Butler; and his in-laws, Deliah Richardson, Carol Kimble, Clarence Nutt and Karen Nutt. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
