He is survived by: his mother Shirley Smith; his children, Emily Moore (Randall) and Nathan Smith (Miranda); his grandchildren, Brooks and Nolan Moore; his brother Troy Smith (Kari); and his stepsister Kathy Chiero (Andy). He is also survived by four nieces and one nephew.
