He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Flanagan (Flaherty); and his brother Billy. He is survived by: his father William Flanagan; his sisters, Mary Ann Flanagan of Clive, Kathleen Garton (Geno) of Winter Haven, FL and Patty Halsey (Greg) of Des Moines; his daughters, Andrea Flanagan-Reese (Justin) of Urbandale, Stephanie Arrigo (Dave) of Clive, Katie Seidman (David) of Norfolk, VA and Irish; and his grandchildren, Kalleigh, Keagan, Hunter and Connor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and children.
