With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Theodore Grant in Des Moines, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 14, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leona Leonard (Leonard) and James Grant; and his siblings, James, Jack Grant, Agnes Brewton and Marion Mcguire.
He is survived by: his wife Georgia (Bell); his children, Terry Grant, Kelly Thatch, Cathie Shead (Kenny) and David Grant; and his sisters, Beverly Williams and Phyllis Thomas. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren; also a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (190 Potomac St, Aurora, CO 80011). A reception will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
