She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Kuhl and Beulah Kuhl (Lee); her husband Roland Lenz; and her siblings, Harry Kuhl, Fred Kuhl, Jr., Norman Kuhl, Viola Buckingham, Luella Kuhl and James Kuhl.

She is survived by: her sister Mary Corey of Des Moines; and her sister-in-law Claudia Kuhl of Branson, MO..
