She was predeceased by: her parents, John Clark and Irene Clark (Sassatelli); her sister Suzann Clark; her father-in-law Larry Hawkins; and her stepfather-in-law Donald Lundeen.
She is survived by: her husband Jeff Hawkins; her siblings, Theresa Cory (Ned) of Des Moines, Cheryl Porter of Des Moines, Linda Riley of Floresville, TX, Cindy Hayes (Gary) of Atkins, TX, Bobbi Sloan of San Antonio, TX, Ralph Clark of Ankeny and John Clark of Des Moines; and her mother-in-law Carolyn Lundeen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
