He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Coulter and Mary Ann Coulter (Faifer). He is survived by: his sons, Charles (Annie Nuss) and Colin Coulter (Laura Rawson); his grandchildren, Cassian, Luna, Clovis and Lilie Coulter; his sister Patricia Farano; his former wife Deborah Neustadt; and his close friend Josh Osborne.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Iles Grandview Park Chapel (3211 Hubbell Ave, Des Moines, IA 50317). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
