He is survived by: his son Jeffrey of Des Moines; his grandson Waylon of Chariton; and his siblings, Terry of Bonita Springs, Patricia Judy (Walker), Kenneth (Tiny), Dennis and William Lee (Bill). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
