She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Liggins and Shirley Liggins; her husband Floyd Manley, Jr.; her daughter Jennifer Lynne Burton; and her siblings, Patricia Ann Waters, Fred Richard Liggins and Samuel Liggins, Jr..
She is survived by: her sisters, Sharon White (James) and Pamella Sue Henderson; and her pet Bella Rose. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
