She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Adella Griggs and Leo L. Griggs. She is survived by: her sister Marsha Peeler (Purvis); her husband Frank Gerald Allen Jr.; and her children, Frank G. Allen III, Marcus D. Allen (Rebecca) and Gregory L. Allen (Kimberley). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 3 brother-in-laws 1 sister-in-law numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and sorority sisters.
