It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Ann Douglas (Des Moines, Iowa), who passed away on November 30, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brothers, John Lloyd and Joe Lloyd; and her son Kevin Douglas. She is survived by: her children, Kim Blakeman (Tim) and Kurt Douglas (Mona). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and dear friends.
