He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell D. Overton and Gloria J. Overton (McElvogue); and his sister Deborah Blasky. He is survived by: his wife Debra Overton (Kendall); his children, Michael Overton, Russell Overton (Jill), Heidi Nickol (John) and Megan Stradley (Rick); his sister Cheryl Overton; and his pet Maggie. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
