It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Whicker Sr. of Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on June 25, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayburn Whicker and Pearl Whicker; his siblings, Elzada, Betty, Ethel, Harold and Dale; and his nieces and nephews, Steven, Clay Chapman, Katie Richardson and Jolinda Riley.
He is survived by: his wife Lora; his children, LuAnn and Robert; his sister Patricia Richardson; and his grandsons, Bobby and Rodney Lipper.
