It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rita A. Bartlett (Des Moines, Iowa), who passed away on February 25, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hummel and Ernestine Hummel (Bishop); her brother Richard Hummel; and her former husband Richard Bartlett. She is survived by: her children, Ryan Bartlett (Juliana) and Anna Grace; her granddaughter London; her siblings, Nancy Jennings (Donald) and Michael Hummel (Sherri); and her pet Mya. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Church (4200 E 25th St, Des Moines, IA 50317). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
