He is survived by: his girlfriend Denise "DeeDee" Avery; his sons, Ryan, Randy, Kyle and Cory; his stepsons, Kenny, Korey and Kenneth; and his siblings, Ronnie (Kay) and Kathy. He is also survived by numerous grandkids, nieces, and nephews.
