As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Richard may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Huber and Mildred Huber; his son Jeff Huber; and his brother Thomas Huber. He is survived by: his wife Marty Huber; his son Kyle Huber; and his grandson Kael Huber.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Memorial Services of Iowa (4208 N Ankeny Blvd, Ankeny, IA 50021). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church (1102 NW Weigel Dr, Ankeny, IA 50023).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Susan G. Komen for the Cure https://www.komen.org or to the Iowa SIDS Foundation https://iowasids.org.
