She was predeceased by: her parents, Melville Gowdey and Dorothy Gowdey; her son John Donald Shreffler; and her brother John Gowdey. She is survived by: her husband Donald; her children, Jennifer Mooers (Tim) and Hieu Shreffler (Melissa); her grandchildren, Danielle, John Mooers, Madilyn, Delaney and Jace Shreffler; and her sister Mary Lewis (Dennis). She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
