Johnson, Jr. of Des Moines, IA; his grandchildren, Michael Lucas (Katie), John Lucas (Chelsie), Sarah Cameron (Joe), Kristina Larsen (Sean), Amanda Larsen, Christian Johnson (Pamela) and Kendall Holland; his great grandchildren, Braxton Cameron, Rae Lucas, Rowen Lucas and Ella Cameron; and his sisters, Barbara Brown and Karen Chapman.
