He is survived by: his wife Danielle; his close friend Peggy Maxwell; his children, Kristin Hamilton Johnson (Eric), Randall Hamilton (Bruce Hughes) and Rebecca Hamilton Furlong (Michael); his grandchildren, Scott, D. C., Matthew Carl Johnson, Todd Davis Johnson, Porter Dugan Furlong, Caitrin Rae (Furlong), Karlin (Lucas) and Sidney; and his brother Philip Hamilton of Overland Park, Kansas..
