It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Cecil Hilton in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on June 21, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Myrtle Cecil and Everett Cecil; her husband Gary Donald Hilton; her daughters, Mandy Lynn Hilton Creel (Russell) and Casey Leigh Hilton Miller (Adam); her grandchildren, Allie Brooke Creel and Levi Jacob Miller; and her brothers, Danny Cecil and Barry Cecil.
