He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Jackson and Lela Jackson; his daughter Collette Jackson; and his siblings, Melvin, Gwenith, Rene, Sherman, Russell Jr., Norma and Doris.
He is survived by: his son Anthony Jackson (Carla); his niece Deb Ubom; his close friend Toni Jackson; and his stepsons, Rickey and Mickey Barber. He is also survived by five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Phillip.
