She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin McPhee and Irene McPhee (Mitton); her husband Charles Stephens Sr.; and her siblings, Bob McPhee (Vivian), Betty Wirt (Cary) and Helen Shepard (Bill).
She is survived by: her children, Chucky Stephens Jr. (Linda), Kimberly Howell (Hickory Johnston), Karla Lund (Gale) and Karen Weese; and her sister Pat Sparks (Oral). She is also survived by her loving grandchildren and great grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Peggy's name may be directed to Unity Point Hospice.
