He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Oliver and Grace Oliver; and his siblings, Charles "Tucker" Oliver, Jr., Joanne Geahry, Barbara Nessen, Edwin Oliver and Richard Oliver.

He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his daughters, Jill Hartley (Randy) and Stacey Oliver; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel Kiehl, Kaitlyn Hartley, Lincoln Hartley and Kaleb Devan.
